visit website here.
- "I recently took my son grocery shopping where he had a seizure. I was overwhelmed by the support and compassion displayed by fellow shoppers who assisted me and my son - thank you Townsville.
- " Benny's Hot Wok in Palmer Street has always been fantastic with our kids. Our 8 yr old has Autism and the booths makes eating out with" hyper-wriggly' kids much easier. Very Friendly and Good Service!"
- " Entropy Toy Shop on Flinders St ( opp Railway) has a fantastic range of super toys and kids sporting equipment and also very child friendly
- "Riverway All Ablilities PLayground " - what a great new area for our family to visit. Our son has Autism which means escaping a playground is usually our biggest nightmare when having an outing. Here the playground is enclosed which means we can all sit down and relax while our son has a lovely time !
- Tobruk Pool : DAwn runs the swimming program there and she is amazing with our 2 children who have special needs. Can highly recommend her - Thank you.
- BIVOUAK CAMPING GROUND " love it - love it . Kids had a ball which means so did the parents. Best of all only 1 hr out of town so if it all goes pear shaped ...we can come home easily. Don't forget to take their bikes and fishing rods.
- REEF HQ - Still can't go passed this old favourite. Nothing better than sitting back and watching the amazing aquarium .
- Therapy Hint : Best type of encouragement for getting our daughter to do therapy ....her sisters! Line them up for entertainment and the work gets done without realising it .
