Morning tea
Morning teas are held each Tuesday from 9:30am to 12:00pm. The venue is Heatley Hall each fortnight and other locations in between.

- Self-help group, supports and supplies information to families of multiple births
- Volunteer Program (for home visiting and literacy programs) and Buddy Support System for parents eg hospital visits. Volunteers always required.
- Equipment hire (eg feeding pillows, prams, breast pumps)
- Library
- Expectant Parent Information
- Toddler Craft and Storytimes
- Weekly morning teas and monthly committee meetings; Christmas party;
- Annual Multiple Birth Week Celebrations.
